It’s a rainy, dreary day here in Charleston so I thought I’d share a recipe that’s sure to warm you up if it’s chilly where you are too!
Our love of red beans and rice was elevated last year while we were in New Orleans but we had never really attempted to make them at home. I made this recipe last week and Ryan couldn’t stop raving about it which makes it a winner in my book!
A couple notes: I made our version with bacon and added some shakes of Cajun seasoning which gave it a great smokey flavor. Hope you like it as much as we did!
